NOAM is a subsidiary of Neuflize OBC, which in turn is a subsidiary of Amsterdam-based ABN AMRO Holding NV (XA: AABA; NYSE: ABN). Formerly known as NSM Gestion, the firm was established in 1997 as Neuflize OBC's fund management arm, for which they manage a wide range of mutual funds including SICAVs and FCPs.
