The firm was founded in 1991 as Investicni kapitalova spolecnost KB AS (IKS KB) and changed their name into Amundi Czech Republic investicní spolecnost AS in 2017. Headquartered in Prague, Amundi CR provides collective investment services on the Czech market.

Amundi Austria GmbH is the wholly-owned Austrian asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by Rue de la Boetie SAS's Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. Formerly known as BAWAG P.S.K. INVEST GmbH, the firm was founded in 2001 as the result of a merger between Bawag Invest GmbH and PSK Invest. Headquartered in Vienna, Amundi Austria provides retail, institutional and corporate clients with innovative investment strategies and solutions tailored to their needs, targeted outcomes and risk profiles.
