ETES JAMES

James Estes is responsible for supporting the asset management function at Blue Moon Capital Partners by working with the firm's senior living operating partners to maximize asset level performance.
James provides detailed analyses of property financial performance to drive partnership discussions and also assists in the underwriting and due diligence of new investments.
Prior to joining Blue Moon, James spent two years at Benchmark Senior Living, where he was a financial analyst in support of the operations and sales teams.
In this role, he delivered detailed property level analyses and forecasts to senior management, as well as sophisticated key performance models designed to spot emerging trends in the business.
He was also an integral part of the annual business plan process for 55+ assets.
James is a current member of the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Care's (NIC) Future Leaders Council (class of 2025).
James earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University in 2015.
