Eric F. Menoyo

Mr. Menoyo's practice focuses on estate, gift, generation-skipping and income tax planning for individuals and owners of closely held businesses; international estate, trust and tax planning; charitable giving; and the formation of nonprofit organizations and charitable trusts.
Mr. Menoyo acts as trustee of numerous revocable and irrevocable trusts (both domestic and foreign) and has and does act as executor of many substantial estates.
He also advises institutional fiduciaries in domestic and foreign trust and estate administration.
