Walters is currently the Chairman of the Trustees Board at Bay Medical Center Sacred Heart and the Chairman of Panama City Port Authority.
She is also the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary & Senior VP at The St. Joe Co. since 2018.
In addition, she serves as a Trustee at The St Joe Community Foundation, Florida State University Foundation, Inc., and Alignment Bay County, and as a Member at Bay Defense Alliance.
Previously, she served as Chairman of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, The Bay Economic Development Alliance, and Bay County Chamber of Commerce.
She was also a Director at Summit Financial Enterprises, Inc. and a Partner at Burke, Blue, Hutchison, Walters & Smith PA.
Ms. Walters received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of West Florida and her graduate degree from Florida State University College of Law.
