Prior to joining Schwab, he worked at McKinsey & Co. in their San Francisco office specializing in financial services firms.
He began his financial services career at Chase Manhattan Bank working on Asian institutional relationships in New York, Hong Kong and Bombay.
He holds a B.A.
from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School and received his MBA from Stanford University.
