Dennis M.
Oates is currently the Non-Executive Chairman at Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. and the Chairman at Specialty Steel Industry of North America.

Previously, Mr. Oates served as the President & Chief Executive Officer at TW Metals, Inc. from 1998 to 2003.
He was also the Chairman of the North American Specialty Metals Council and a Director at the Metals Service Center Institute.
From 2003 to 2007, he held the position of Senior Vice President-Specialty Alloys Operations at Carpenter Technology Corp.
Additionally, he was the President & Chief Operating Officer at Connell LP from 1995 to 1997 and Lukens Steel Co.Mr. Oates holds an MBA from Temple University (Pennsylvania), which he obtained in 1976.
He also completed his undergraduate studies at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1974.
