Deena Chalabi

Deena has guided the development of ASV's online and brand presence since 2020.
Her career, which spans strategic communications, business development, the arts and public engagement, across the US and around the world, has focused on building organizations and galvanizing cross-sector networks with passionate people committed to sharing inclusive ideas and creating greater ecosystems of vision and impact.
Currently, Deena oversees revenue growth (B2B and B2C) as the Senior Director of Growth and Partnerships at The OpEd Project, a social enterprise and thought leadership initiative for elevating underrepresented expert voices to solve some of the biggest challenges of our time.
She is also an adjunct professor at the California College of the Arts and formerly a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley's Arts Research Center.
Originally from London, she lives in Oakland, California.
