Biely is Director of Corporate Advisory Services for Monticello Capital LLC.
She is a Director of Enterprise Applications.
Prior to joining Monticello Capital, she served in the United States Marine Corps as Lieutenant Colonel.
Ms. Biely was a Fellow of US Office of Personnel Management from 1993 to 1994 and a Director at Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.
She has experience in post merger and acquisition transaction finance, corporate transformation, equity structures, due diligence, business acceleration, and global market exploitation.
Ms. Biely received a BS degree from the Ohio State University and an MBA from Averett University.
