David W. Halstead

Mr. Halstead joined Kirtland in February 2001.
Prior to joining Kirtland, he spent 23 years in commercial and investment banking at Continental Illinois Bank, which subsequently became Banc of America Securities.
He spent much of his banking career building and managing corporate finance groups that provided expertise in debt and equity capital raising, origination and structuring to middle-to-large cap issuers across industry sectors.
He is Chairman of PDM Bridge LLC, Truck Bodies & Equipment International and Vitex Packaging Group, and is a Director of Essex Crane Rental Corp.
He serves as a Director of The Cameron Kravitt Foundation and of the Western Reserve Land Conservancy.
A graduate of Cortland College, Mr. Halstead earned an masters in business administration from Cornell University's Johnson School of Management.
He served in the U.S.
Navy from 1970 to 1974.
