David G. Bell

Mr. David G.
Bell is a Managing Director at CFI Capital, Inc. Before joining CFI in 2002, Mr. Bell worked at Lehman Brothers from 2000-2002 as a Vice President providing investment banking coverage to technology, media and telecom companies, including advising AT&T Wireless with respect to a transaction involving Rogers Wireless and British Telecommunications.
While working as a Vice President at NM Rothschild & Sons from 1997 to 2000, Mr. Bell advised Rogers Wireless on the C$1.4 billion sale of a 33% equity interest to AT&T and BT, he advised Rogers Communications on the C$1 billion sale of Rogers Telecom to MetroNet and advised the Province of Ontario with respect to the province's educational broadcaster, TVOntario.
Mr. Bell's prior experience as an Associate with other Canadian investment dealers from 1993 to 1997 includes various successful financing and advisory assignments.
Before moving into the investment banking industry, Mr. Bell worked in Bank of Montreal's corporate banking department from 1989 to 1993.
Mr. Bell holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
