Daniel S. Bilicki

Mr. Bilicki has served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of the Company since joining the Company in March 1999.
From January 1996 until March 1999, Mr. Bilicki served as President/Director of PT Crosfield Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia, a subsidiary of Crosfield Company, which is a global chemical company.
From January 1994 to December 1995, Mr. Bilicki held the position of President/Director North America of Crosfield Company.
He holds a B.S.
degree from Indiana Institute of Technology and an M.B.A.
degree from Winthrop University.
