Sri Lanka Ministry of Finance & Planning is a government ministry responsible for economic stabilization, national policies, and treasury management systems. The ministry was founded in 1912 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ministry provides budget estimates, speeches, and proposals, as well as data and statistics related to the country's economy. The ministry also oversees the Domestic Debt Optimisation Programme (DDO) and publishes acts, gazettes, circulars, and guidelines. The Sri Lanka Ministry of Finance & Planning is ultimately controlled by the Government of Sri Lanka.

The firm also offers reinsurance services; crop insurance for agricultural producers; and corporate insurance coverage to government-owned enterprises. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
