Previously, he spent ten years with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity, where as a senior principal, he was responsible for equity investments throughout the Americas.
He was previously a member of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking group.
Mr. Packard earned a B.A.
in Ethics, Politics and Economics from Yale University.
