Christy A. Rempel

Ms. Rempel grew up in Calgary, Canada and is a graduate of The University of Calgary (B.
Commerce, Accounting, 1999).
After graduating from university, Ms. Rempel began her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Calgary.
In 2000 she joined its Venture Capital Group in San Jose, California, where she worked with prominent venture capital and private equity clients.
In 2002, Ms. Rempel left PwC to join Digital Impact (DI), an integrated digital marketing firm.
During her two years with DI she worked as the Accounting Manager; in addition to managing financial operations her work included Sarbanes Oxley compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
In 2005, Ms. Rempel joined Fox Paine.
Ms. Rempel is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
