Chip W. Moore

Mr. Moore joined Jacobson Partners in September of 2004 shortly after the firm initiated the investment program for JP Acquisition Fund IV, L.P.
He has worked from 1997 through mid-2002 as a General Partner with UBS Capital, LLC, a $1.5 billion private equity fund and from 1994 through 1996 as an Associate with Greenwich Street Capital Partners, LLC, a $500 million private equity fund.
Since mid-2002, he developed a merchant banking firm called Astron Services, LLC which focused principally on the media and communications sector.
He has executed private equity transactions in a variety of industries including automotive, consumer products, broadcasting, cable television, communications equipment and a variety of business services.
Prior to entering the private equity field, he worked as an Associate with Morgan Stanley & Co. in their Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Mr. Moore graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1988 and received an M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1993.
