Chafy John Mostofi

Mr. Chafy J.
Mostofi, CPA MBA, is Executive of Global Commercial Banking at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. Mr. Mostofi joined Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in April 2010.
He has more than 20 years of commercial lending experience and began his banking career at LaSalle Bank, N.A.
in 1989.
In his most recent position, he served as West Division president of Bank of America Business Capital, where he was responsible for asset-based loan origination, underwriting and relationship management for the geographic region extending from Chicago to California, and from Canada to Texas.
Mr. Mostofi earned a bachelor's degree in public accounting and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Loyola University in Chicago.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Illinois CPA Society, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Executives' Club of Chicago.
