C. Steve Yeager

Formerly with TMW Real Estate Group and Prudential Real Estate Investors for 17 years, Mr. Yeager managed and provided direction and focus for the multi-disciplinary functions related to the entire acquisition process.
Immediately prior to joining Buchanan, he headed up his own advisory development firm.
Mr. Yeager has pursued, acquired and closed over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate with a value in excess of $2.3 billion including retail, office, industrial and multi-use (office/retail) product in more than 20 major markets nationally on behalf of German Private and Institutional capital, including the Chrysler Building, 666 Fifth Avenue, Beverly-Mercedes Building, 100 First Street, 84 State Street, 2001 and 1875 Pennsylvania Avenue, among others.
Mr. Yeager has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Real Estate from Georgia State University.
