Brad Pearse

Brad is the managing director and a partner of the Wellspring Group.
He has over 20 years of entrepreneurial, corporate finance and private equity experience.
He offers a skill set that includes both first hand entrepreneurial and institutional experience.
His background enables a unique value-add through the full investment cycle of origination, negotiation, structuring, strategy development, value-add and exit.
Brad is a qualified chartered accountant and spent 5 years in the corporate finance/transaction services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing multiple transactions and due diligences.
He went on to co-found and manage his own business and upon exiting played an operational and general management role in commerce.
This led him to join Nedbank Private Equity where he spent 12 years as a principal and successfully led a number of transactions which included assets in the water, energy and communications sectors.
He was an executive partner at the Multiply Group for 2 and a half years before taking on his more focussed role in the Wellspring Group.
