Bill Lewis

Mr. William Lewis, III MBA, is a Principal at Base Ventures LLC.
Prior to joining Base Ventures, Mr. Lewis was on the founding team of venture capital firm, Brightpath Capital Partners where he led investments in companies such as Sungevity and Blu Homes.
Prior to Brightpath, he was an early employee and Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Essential Entertainment Media.
He previously worked for Towerview Capital Management, a consumer products focused private equity fund.
He began his career in investment banking at JP Morgan, focused on M&A, equity and debt offerings for retail and consumer product companies.
He was also a summer analyst in the investment banking group of UBS.
Mr. Lewis has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow and received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
