Burger is General Counsel & Principal at Ivory Investment Management LP.
She joined Ivory Investment Management in July 2010.
She was an Associate in the municipal finance department at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon from 1985 to 1987, and then a Senior Associate in the corporate department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP from 1987 to 1996.
Most recently, she served as Partner and General Counsel at DKR Capital (a multi-strategy asset management company), where she was responsible for all legal, compliance and corporate matters.
Ms. Burger graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton with a BS in Psychology.
She received her JD from the St. John's University School of Law.
