Hi there, I joined Wingman’s investment team as Principal where I focus on investment opportunities across Switzerland, and growing our network of amazing founders.
I’m also heading our People & Culture efforts for our portfolio companies, supporting our teams on all People related topics, from building scalable organisations, to finding the best talent and setting up company wide incentive schemes.
Before Wingman, I’ve founded my own startup in Berlin: Careship, a marketplace for in-home senior care.
I built the company from scratch, grew it over the years to >100 employees, hired a new CEO and moved to the board to focus on new opportunities.
I also worked at Rocket Internet for a while in Berlin within FinTech.
I’m born and raised in Vienna, studied Business Administration in Rotterdam and St. Gallen, and enjoy skiing, hiking, kite surfing and being outdoors.
I’m extremely passionate about shaping a tech ecosystem that is more sustainable, equal and diverse.
