PKO TFI SA is the fund management subsidiary of Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski SA (WSE: PKO) in Poland. Headquartered in Warsaw, the firm was established by PKO Bank Polski and Swiss financial group Credit Suisse in 1997 to provide a variety of funds and investment schemes, available via their distribution network across Poland for individual and institutional clients.

SEB TFI SA (known locally as SEB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEB-Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SSE: SEB), based in Stockholm. Established in 1997, SEB TFI is located in Warsaw. The firm manages mutual funds domiciled in Poland and distributes funds managed within the SEB group. Their clients are private individuals, companies, institutions and retail investors. SEB TFI operates in close relationship with their Estonian fellow subsidiary SEB Ühispanga Fondid based in Tallinn, sharing research and regional equity portfolio management. In 2009 SEB TFI was acquired by Opera TFI SA and the management of SEB funds, renamed Novo, was taken over by Opera.
