Amir Ayalon

Mr. Amir Ayalon is the Chief Executive Officer of Sphera Funds Management.
Mr. Ayalon was Head of Corporate Development at the Strauss Group, Israel's second largest food manufacturer, until joining Sphera in 2011.
Previously, Mr. Ayalon, was an M&A banker with UBS in N.Y.
focusing on the health-care sector, and later on vice president of M&A with Amdocs, a global provider of billing software solutions to the telecom industry.
Mr. Ayalon is a CPA, started his career with Ernst & Young, and was a CFO of a privately held food manufacturer.
Mr. Ayalon holds a B.A.
in accounting and economics from the Tel Aviv University, and an M.B.A.
from Duke University.
