Alex C. Cheung

Mr. Cheung heads up Hamilton Lane's research efforts.
He brings to Hamilton Lane 20+ years of finance experience including six years as an instructor of Economics at Penn, where he began his career.
Most recently, he was a Managing Partner of Long Bow Capital Management, where he headed the firm's research efforts and managed a long-biased science and technology hedge fund.
Prior to that, he served as a portfolio manager for various money management firms.
Mutual Fund Magazine named him 1999 Fund Manager of the Year.
Mr. Cheung received an M.A.
in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A.
in Economics and Public Administration from the University of London.
