Hildegard Wortmann occupies the position of Head-Sales at Volkswagen AG and Head-Marketing & Sales at AUDI AG (a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG). Ms. Wortmann is also on the board of Porsche Holding GmbH, Ferrovial SA and CARIAD SE.

In the past Ms. Wortmann held the position of Head-Brand Communication at Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, Marketing Director at Unilever Plc and Marketing Director for Calvin Klein, Inc.

Hildegard Wortmann received an undergraduate degree from the University of Münster and an MBA from the University of London.
