(ABM FN-Dow Jones) CTP, dat spoedig een notering hoopt te krijgen aan de Amsterdamse beurs, gaat het grootste logistieke park van Servië bouwen. Dit maakte het Tsjechische bedrijf maandag bekend.
Daarvoor kocht het 27,5 hectare grond in de buurt van hoofdstad Belgrado aan.
Het CTPark Belgrade Centre krijgt 130.000 vierkante meter aan verhuurbare oppervlakte.
