Voortgang inkoop eigen aandelen 19-22 januari 2021 voor aandelenplan medewerkers a.s.r.

ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) kondigt de volgende transacties aan, uitgevoerd binnen het aandeleninkoopprogramma ter ondersteuning van het aandelenplan voor medewerkers van a.s.r. en haar 100% dochterondernemingen.

Het inkoopprogramma, ter grootte van maximaal € 7,5 miljoen, is aangekondigd op 15 januari 2021 en wordt uitgevoerd van 19 januari 2021 tot en met 1 februari 2021. Hieronder wordt een overzicht weergegeven van de transacties van de afgelopen week, inclusief het cumulatief totaal van het inkoopprogramma. Alle aandelen die zijn ingekocht staan genoteerd op Euronext Amsterdam.
