Ltd. through the joint venture of Morgan Stanley International Holdings, Inc. (34%), Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. (36%), Hantang Securities Co., Ltd. (15%), China Merchants Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. (10%) and Shenzhen China Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (5%). In 2008, they were renamed Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund Management Co. after Morgan Stanley became their largest shareholder. Headquartered in Shenzhen with additional offices in Beijing and Shanghai, Morgan Stanley Huaxin Funds provides asset management services and products for individual and institutional clients.

Golden Eagle Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Golden Eagle) is the fund management subsidiary of Dongxu Group Co., Ltd., which is owned by Dongxu Optoelectronic Investment Co., Ltd. in China. The firm was founded in 2002 by Guangzhou-based New Hope Group. Headquartered in Guangzhou, Golden Eagle manages various open-end mutual funds for individual and institutional clients.
