Mr. Garner became a Financial Consultant in 1990 and joined Bill Few Associates in 1995.
After a six-year commitment to the US Air Force, Mr. Garner went on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh in 1989.
He is also a graduate of the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, and subsequently earned the Certified Financial Planner professional designation.
Mr. Garner is a member of the Board of Directors of the River City Brass Band, Pitt-Bradford Alumni Association, Western Pennsylvania Chapter of The American Red Cross, Rotary Club of Pittsburgh and All of Us, d/b/a Caring Habits.
He serves as Vice Chair on the Advisory Board for Allegheny County Department of Human Services-Office of Children, Youth & Families.
He is a Regional Campus Director for Pitt Alumni Association and a member of The Founder's Society at University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
Mr. Garner authored a monthly column for the Cranberry Journal Star from 2003 to 2003.
He is the 1980 through 1985 Recipient of the U.S.
Air Force Achievement Medal.
Mr. Garner and his wife, Lori, reside in Wexford, Pennsylvania.
He enjoys trap shooting, motorcycling, riding all terrain vehicles, fly-fishing and frequent trips to his country home in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
