Orgachim AD engages in the manufacture and retail distribution of paints, varnishes, lacquers, coatings, plasticizers, anhydrides and other chemicals used in machine building, electronics, transport, constriction and plastics processing. Its operations are carried out through the following segments: Anhydrides, Paints and Resins, and Transportation Services. The Anhydrides segment is a composnent of resin production and the Resins segment is a compomnent of paints produdtion. The Paints segments contains the following subcomponents: resins, paints, industrial coating- raod marking and other products aimed for industrial use; platers and auto produtcs- this component involves mainly the distrubion of vehicle paints and resins from Policolor. The transportation segment consists of services oriented towards companies within the Group as well as to outer clients. The company was founded by Albert Iskovich and Izrael Levi on January 1, 1903 and is headquartered in Rousse, Bulgaria.
