Urs Baertschi

Mr. Baertschi joined Cutlass Capital from Securitas Capital, L.L.C., a global private equity and venture capital investment firm affiliated with Swiss Re (1999 - 2001).
At Securitas, he focused primarily on early stage venture capital investments in technology and software companies, the insurance, risk management and financial services industries, as well as on corporate development transactions on behalf of Swiss Re involving large financial services firms.
Mr. Baertschi is fluent in Swiss German, German and English and conversational in French and Spanish.
He has a BA in Economics and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Baertschi is an Observer on the Board of CardioKinetix, Inc. He previously served as a Director of Byram Holdings, Inc. and as an Observer on the Board of Alere Medical, Inc.
