I enjoy working with businesses to find solutions to their challenges and improve their bottom line and cash flow.
As a Partner, I work with a number of our portfolio businesses to keep things running smoothly, get under the skin of the business’ performance and support management teams to maximise the growth potential of their business.
I joined Palatine in 2017 from EY’s Transactions Advisory Services team where I gained over 10 years of transactions and business transformation experience across a wide range of sectors.
I also spent a year on secondment at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Outside of work I try to keep pace with my two young children, travelling to far-away places and enjoy (sometimes!) getting to Old Trafford to support Manchester United!
