Timothy Chizak

Tim Chizak is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Mill Point Capital.
Prior to joining Mill Point in 2017, Mr. Chizak was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Millstein & Co. Prior to Millstein & Co., Mr. Chizak was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer within Fortress Investment Group’s Credit business.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Chizak oversaw the financial and operational activities of a variety of Fortress Funds investing globally across credit, real estate and long-dated assets.
As Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Chizak oversaw Fortress’ Global Real Estate platform.
Prior to Fortress, Mr. Chizak was a Principal at JP Morgan Partners, a global private equity organization that had over $13 billion in capital under management.
Prior to JP Morgan, Mr. Chizak was a Principal and Group Controller at Ripplewood Holdings.
Mr. Chizak began his career at Arthur Andersen working in Audit and the Transaction Advisory Services groups.
Mr. Chizak currently serves on the board of Prime Pensions.
Mr. Chizak earned a B.S.
in Accounting/Business Administration from Bucknell University.
