Mr. McKay has over twenty-five years of real estate experience and is in charge of all design, construction and financing of Capital Associates' development projects.
He oversees the management of a portfolio of institutional real estate equity consisting of apartments, office and industrial buildings, shopping centers, parking facilities, land investment and hotels.
Prior to forming Capital Associates in 1977, Mr. McKay was engaged in the futures and options markets as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Board of Options Exchange and the International Monetary Market.
He holds a Bachelor of Science of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Detroit.
