Euro Pacific Asset Management LLC is an independent investment advisor headquartered in Dorado, Puerto Rico. The firm was founded by Peter Schiff and James Nelson in 2009 to provide a platform of actively managed investment products reflecting the founder’s investment philosophy. EPAM provides services to registered investment companies (mutual funds) and to other investment advisers. Through their separately managed accounts, they also offer services to individuals, high net worth individuals, individual retirement accounts, trusts and estates, and businesses.

Founded in 2009 by Peter Schiff, Euro Pacific Asset Management LLC (EPAM) is a registered investment advisor located in Newport Beach, California. The firm is the investment advisor to series funds of Investment Managers Series Trust, an investment company registered with the SEC under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The series funds include the EuroPac International Value Fund (“EPIVX”), EuroPac International Bond Fund (“EPIBX”), EP Emerging Markets Small Companies Fund (“EPASX”), EuroPac Gold Fund (“EPGFX”) and EuroPac International Dividend Income Fund (“EPDPX”). The EPASX Fund is sub-advised by Champlain Investment Partners, LLC (which acquired New Sheridan Advisors, LLC on June 30, 2015). The EPGFX Fund is sub-advised by Global Strategic Management, d/b/a Adrian Day Asset Management. The sub-advisors are not affiliated with EPAM. In addition to the mutual funds, the firm provides services to individuals, high net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, and businesses.
