Stephen M.
Giroux, aged 56 yrs, is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Mr. Giroux is also an Executive Vice President and the General Counsel and Secretary of all of our subsidiaries.
Mr. Giroux was promoted to Executive Vice President and Secretary in November 2003.
Mr. Giroux was Senior Vice President and General Counsel from April 2001 to November 2003.
Mr. Giroux joined us in September 1999 as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
Prior to such time, he was a partner with the law firm of Weir & Partners, LLC, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1998 to 1999.
From 1977 to 1998, Mr. Giroux was Senior Vice President and Lead Counsel for CoreStates Financial Corp., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and its predecessors.
