Sharon Pearson

Ms. Sharon Pearson is Chief Operating Officer at Kanaly Trust Co. Since joining Kanaly in 1996, Ms. Pearson earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through her long association with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
She is a member of HR Houston, attended the Center for Creative Leadership Human Resource Management Program, is a member of the Houston Compensation Association and is active in the Greater Houston Partnership.
Ms. Pearson is a member of the board of directors of the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Houston and South Texas.
She was a Student Mentor in the Bauer College of Business Program for Excellence in Selling 2008, has served as Principal of the Day for the Houston Independent School District, volunteers her time at Texas Children’s Hospital and supports the Alzheimer’s and American Lung Associations.
