The Company is a reporting issuer in British Columbia and its shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol IRK. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, the Yukon Territory, and Quebec. International KRL is currently focusing its exploration activities for base and precious metals on its Nor and Wolf properties in the Yukon Territory. During the fiscal year, the Company terminated its option agreement to earn a 100% interest in the U-Claims and the White River Copper properties. All expenses incurred on these two properties have been written off.
