Scott R. Fullerton

Mr. Fullerton joined Fulham & Co. in 2004.
Just prior to joining Fulham & Co. he worked as Chief Operating Officer of Florida Tile Industries, Inc., a world-class distributor and manufacturer of ceramic wall and floor tile.
From 1997 to 2003 he was president of AMF Reece Inc., a manufacturer of sewing equipment with overseas manufacturing and sales in more than 80 countries.
He joined that company as a plant manager in 1992 and was promoted to product manger in 1993, director of marketing in 1995 and president in 1997.
From 1987 to 1990 he worked at Westinghouse Electric Corp.
as a systems engineer.
Mr. Fullerton received a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College in 1987 and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia in 1992.
