Russ has 10 years experience working in the technology sector, most recently at pan-European early stage investor Gorilla Park where he was responsible for identifying and researching new investments, advising the portfolio companies and developing operations.
Russ has made a number of early stage investments, many of which have received further funding rounds from companies such as 3i, Doughty Hanson, Deutsche Telecom and substantial business angel rounds.
Russ previously worked as a Strategy Consultant for Andersen, advising on the impact of new technologies for FTSE 100 clients.
He started his career at Unisys, as a software engineer for a large MoD systems integration project.
He previously sat on the Board of Natural Motion, a computer graphics software spin-out from Oxford University.
Russ graduated from Bristol University with a BSc in Physics.
