Ronald Lubin

Prior to joining Crystal Capital, Mr. Lubin was with the Bank of America and its predecessors for over 24 years.
During that time he held various senior positions including executive vice president and senior banker in the Real Estate Structured Finance Division, senior vice president and region executive in the Home Builder Finance Group and senior vice president and managing director of the Shopping Center Finance Division.
Mr. Lubin has also managed and directed other real estate initiatives including REIT, Portfolio Finance, Community Real Estate, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Real Estate Workout.
Mr. Lubin received a B.A.
from the University of Maine.
