Ronald A. Belz

Founded by patriarch Philip Belz (1904 - 2000) in the early 1940s on a four-acre tract in north Memphis, the company's first project was construction of several of the city's first large industrial buildings. Belz, a leader in Memphis, Tennessee, is one of the South's largest commercial and industrial real estate developers with interests throughout the Mid-South and much of the country. Belz develops, owns and manages warehouse/ distribution, retail, office/showroom, factory outlet malls, apartments/residential developments, land and hotels.
