Robert J. Sutherby

Mr. Robert J.
Sutherby is Controller at Colony Realty Partners LLC.
He is responsible for monitoring the third party property management accounting and reporting processes and supplying property operating information to asset managers and executive management.
He has over 25 years of broad real estate accounting experience, serving in controllership and other accounting roles in the areas of asset management, property management, corporate accounting, and retail development.
Prior to joining CRP in 2006, Mr. Sutherby worked with The Wilder Companies, Ltd., a national retail real estate management, leasing, and development firm, serving first as the firm's financial controller and then as its development controller.
From 1997 to 2002, he worked with Urban Retail Properties Co., serving as the Controller of Copley Place, a large, upscale mixed-use center in Boston's Back Bay.
From 1995 to 1997, he served as Corporate Controller of R.M.
Bradley & Co. Inc., a Boston-based firm providing a range of commercial and residential real estate services to institutional clients on local, regional and national levels.
Prior to R.M.
Bradley, he served for nine years in progressively responsible accounting positions at D.L.
Saunders Real Estate Corporation, a Boston-based investment management real estate company.
Mr. Sutherby earned his bachelor's degree from Boston College.
