Robert Henry Lynch

Mr. Robert H.
Lynch is a Managing Partner, Co-Founder & Chief Risk Officer at Aristeia Capital LLC.
He is responsible for managing a team and process that creates and maintains a systematic approach to measuring, reporting, and hedging portfolio-level and select position-level exposures.
He is uniquely positioned to understand and identify new and existing portfolio risks given his prior experience as a distressed/credit investor, and his prior roles as head of Aristeia’s technology development and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to co-founding Aristeia with Mr. Frascella and Mr. Toner in 1997, Mr. Lynch served as a Managing Director at Centurion Investment Group, L.P.
Before Centurion, Mr. Lynch served as a Vice President at UBS from 1993 to 1996.
Prior to UBS, from 1990 to 1993, Mr. Lynch was a research analyst at The Delaware Bay Company, a distressed debt brokerage boutique.
He graduated from Cornell University, receiving both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration.
