Trinity Management Sp zoo (TM) is an investment management firm born of the Polish Mass Privatization Program, which aimed at spreading the benefits of ownership changes across Poland. Located in Warsaw, the firm was established in 1995 with Bank Pekao and BZW, the former investment bank of Barclays Group, as backers. In 2004 TM merged with Quattro Management Sp zoo and became independent. The firm focuses on the cooperation between private and public entities, in particular projects partially funded by the European Union. They manage private equity funds including the national investment fund NFI Jupiter (WA: JPR). They also provide advisory services in various domains including M&A, capital raising and MBO.
