Since then Optimal Cable Services has established itself as a key player in the industry. With purpose built manufacturing facilities Optimal has grown to deliver high quality fibre optic cable, with their processes being awarded the ISO 9001 standard, which the company has held unbroken since its formation. The expansion into connectivity products has allowed Optimal to reach customers in differing market sectors and is rapidly expanding to further demonstrate the success of the Optimal name and brand. Optimal prides itself on its ability to provide solutions to the demands of their customers and is able to provide a broad and comprehensive range of cables and connectivity products to meet the differing functionality, conditions and technical specifications required. The breadth and depth of experience provided by Optimal is backed by a dedicated and motivated workforce. With key personnel who have over 30 years in the industry, both domestic and internationally, Optimal has contributed to the development of standards within the industry and the promotion of fibre optic technology across the economy as a whole. OptiComm Ltd. operates as a telecommunications provider. It designs, installs, operates and maintains fibre-based fixed line access telecommunication networks. The company operates through following segments: Construction and Networks. The Construction segment involves designing and building fibre to the premise telecommunications networks in residential apartment buildings, broadacre estates and commercial premises, including connection of dwellings to the network. The Networks segment covers maintenance and operation of fibre to the premises telecommunications networks, providing services to retail services providers, developers and other customers. OptiComm was founded by Phil Smith, Paul Cross, David Redfern and Geoff Aldridge in 2005 and is headquartered in Port Melbourne, Australia.
