Laphen joined the Lionheart Industrial Group team after more than 18 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, most recently as Commercial Executive for Susquehanna Bank in the Delaware Valley Region.
Mr. Laphen specifically focused on meeting the capital needs of companies in the middle and micro markets, the target area for Lionheart Industrial Group.
Mr. Laphen has deep expertise in arranging all aspects of the capital structure having led, managed, and closed more than 20 deals worth more than $250 million including strategic corporate acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, and senior and subordinated debt.
Mr. Laphen is active in industry and community organizations as a board member of Little Smiles Philadelphia, American Ireland Fund (Philadelphia chapter), and St. Anastasia School CYO.
He also serves on the finance committee for Malvern Retreat House and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Mr. Laphen earned his Bachelor and Master Degrees in Marketing and Finance from Philadelphia University.
