Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA (UBP) is the private banking subsidiary of CBI Holding SA in Switzerland. Headquartered in Geneva, the firm was founded in 1969 by Edgar de Picciotto as Compagnie de Banque et d'Investissements (CBI). They merged with TDB-American Express Bank to create Union Bancaire Privée SA in 1990 and in 2011 acquired the Swiss wealth management subsidiary of ABN AMRO. UBP is an asset management specialist which provides wealth management services for private and institutional clients.

Crédit Indosuez (Switzerland) SA (Crédit Indosuez-CH) is the private banking subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Private Banking, itself a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole group (XP: ACA) in France. Headquartered in Geneva with branches worldwide, Crédit Indosuez-CH originated in 1876 when Crédit Lyonnais established a presence in Switzerland. The current structure resulted from the 2005 merger of Crédit Lyonnais (Suisse) SA and Crédit Agricole Indosuez (Suisse) SA. The firm specializes in providing a range of private banking advisory and trading services for high-net worth individuals worldwide including forex, precious metals and treasury management, as well as in derivatives on commodities, interest rates, stocks and currencies. They distribute investment products managed within the parent group and provide the logistics supporting their own activities and those of fellow subsidiaries within the Crédit Agricole group.
