Mukesh Kacker is the founder of Kacker & Daughter Infrastructure Consultancy Svcs Pvt Ltd.
He currently holds the position of Independent Director at Entertainment World Developers Ltd., Dmic Haryana Global City Project Ltd., Dmic Haryana Mrts Project Ltd., and Lifeline Foundation.
He is also a Member of the Indian Administrative Service.

Mr. Kacker pursued his education at Harvard University, where he obtained a graduate degree.
He also attended the University of Allahabad, where he completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
